Why I'm the guy to work with

Ready to meet the you
you’ve been waiting for.

I founded ‘The Giant In the Room’ for one reason: to help people reconnect with who they actually are— inside and out.

How I got here wasn’t an accident. I arrived by choosing myself—again and again—through uncertainty, loss, growth, and rebuilding. I’ve done this work on myself: physically, emotionally, and existentially.

And that work has lead me here to help you.

Together, we’ll work to strengthen what’s already there, clarifying what truly matters, and reconnecting with the part of you that knows exactly what you want—but perhaps didn’t realize until now.

And then, you’ll make it happen.

Ready to do one of the the best things for yourself that you’ve ever done?

Seeing all of your possibilities within
is my gift, and my privilege.

Why I coach

In my former life, I was a Creative Director at some of the world’s best advertising agencies. And while I was a great creative, it was my leadership, mentoring and managing that set me apart.

I was the guy brought onto accounts to rebuild confidence and help others to once again see their own value and creative brilliance after being worn down by long hours and a very high-pressure industry. Through vulnerability and trust, I helped individuals to see themselves differently.

Helping others see what’s possible within was my favorite part of my job. And for too long, I told myself that this wasn’t “big enough” to matter. Until I realized it mattered more than anything—including massive career moments like working with Lady Gaga.

Helping people to see themselves clearly and capable of anything—and acting from that place—is the work I’m meant to do.

Changing my body changed how I showed up in my life.

Why I train

I spent most of my life battling my weight, maxing out at 253 pounds, never feeling fully at home in my body.

In 2019, I finally got straight with my relationship with food and lost a nearly 70 lbs. After a friend casually suggested picking up some weights “So you’re not skinny fat,” I did just that. And I think my life changed right there.

Strength on the outside created confidence and belief in self on the inside.

I didn’t know it then, but that physical transformation would become the foundation for a growth that carried me through the hardest chapters of my life, and to new beginnings, too.

This work is transformative. I know. I’ve been through it.

When we unlock and (maybe most importantly) accept our truest desires, we start to be different throughout our world. With shifts in essence come shifts in life. The kind that feel chosen, not inherited or performed or prescribed.

If you’re reading this and thinking “But my life is great!” Good. In fact, you may actually be killing it. I was, too. But if something inside is asking “Isn’t there more?” give that question the weight it deserves.

A last little bit

I did everything like you’re supposed to. Good childhood. College. Marriage. Houses. Career. Travel. And I was happy—just not fully. Inside, I struggled with self-worth, with knowing what I wanted, with feeling good in my own body and fully alive as a man.

Transformation begins with the honest recognition that something isn’t quite right.

That awareness of self, when met with curiosity and commitment, changes everything.

If something inside is asking “Isn’t there more?” give that question the weight it deserves.

I’m currently completing Ontological Coach training through Accomplishment Coaching and Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM.

I work from a structured methodology, and I take the craft seriously—ongoing study, practice, and mentorship are part of how I serve clients well.
