When I was… a different version of myself, before and after pics of crazy transformation were a dream. I never thought I’d have my own.
Which is why it’s hard to believe now, but I used to be really uncomfortable in my body—and intimidated in the gym. Worried about looking foolish, frustrated by how slow change was, I’d quit, beat myself up for being the guy in the mirror that I didn’t love. Then I’d carry that insecurity straight out the door and into the rest of my life.
That’s why this is very, very personal to me. The fear and self-doubt you feel walking into a gym is rarely just about the gym—it’s a signal of something deeper. Together, by lifting heavy things, we’ll clear what’s been standing in the way—until the man you’ve always known is there is staring back at you in that mirror.

That’s the work I lead you through: smart programming, real accountability, and steady momentum—with me as your trainer, your biggest champion and enthusiast. Whether it’s knowledge of equipment and form, or that damn 40 lbs dumbell you can’t progress beyond, we’ll work together to helping you eliminate whatever it is that stands in the way of next-level-you.
