Why I coach

I’m here because this country—and the men in it—broke my heart.

In November of 2024, I felt something fracture. I couldn’t reconcile how we could choose hurt over hope. And it forced me to look differently at my life’s work: after two decades as an advertising creative director, I realized that in selling stuff or lifestyles as a means of happiness suddenly didn’t feel right. With so many men feeling shorted in life, I felt complicit in their disappointment, anger and feeling unheard.

Because unacknowledged hurt doesn’t disappear—it gets acted out. It spills into families, communities, and the world.

I became a ontological coach and personal trainer to help men come home to themselves—not by hardening against pain, but by embracing the whole self: strength and softness, longing and fear, authenticity and individuality..

I believe we’re on the edge of a new brotherhood: gentle giants—grounded, steady kind, and responsible—men who lead by helping and help by understanding the world around them.

My own heart has been broken—by the world, by my life, by myself—and in that breaking I found clarity, strength, and purpose. That purpose is to be here with you: to help you remember how powerful, whole, and worthy you already are—and to help guys see that how you inhabit yourself can help shape a better world.

I believe we’re on the edge of a new brotherhood: gentle giants—grounded, kind, powerful, and responsible—men who lead by helping and help by leading.
